The Tutamoe Community Collective (TCC) is a passionate group of local landowners and residents who have concerns over the management of the two organisations that oversee the Tutamoe Hall and ex School grounds. Their lawyers have engaged in mediation since 2018 asking the current Management Committee and Board to resign and allow ‘fresh blood’ in. They have refused and to date continue to act unlawfully in the management of both entities.
TCC has exhausted all avenues to engage in meaningful negotiations and with the advise of lawyers are forming an Incorporated Society. The name of this will be, Tutamoe Community Collective Society Incorporated (TCCSI). This will allow the Society to have a membership base and to allow the group to fundraise money for legal costs with plans for the future.
The TCC is extremely sad it has come to this stage and has engaged lawyers to lodge an application in the High Court against the Tutamoe Hall Association Inc. and the Tutamoe Community Trust.
